Fulfillment Policy
1. Refund Policy
At Rocket Hog, we strive for complete client satisfaction. Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
- Project Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver the product, as agreed upon within the project scope, within the agreed timeline (without prior notification), clients are eligible for a full refund.
- Quality Assurance: If the final product does not meet the quality standards outlined in our agreement, clients may request a revision. If issues remain unresolved after two revisions, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
- Digital Services: Refunds for digital services (e.g., marketing strategy sessions) will not be issued once the service has been rendered.
2. Shipping/Delivery Policy
Rocket Hog primarily delivers digital products and services. Here’s how our delivery process works:
- Delivery Method: All digital products will be delivered via email or through our project management platform.
- Delivery Timeframe: Clients can expect delivery based on the timeline outlined in their contract.
Eligible Destinations: Our services are available in the US and Canada.
3. Return Policy and Process
As a service-based business, Rocket Hog does not accept returns in the traditional sense. However, we offer a revision process to ensure client satisfaction:
- Revision Requests: Clients may request revisions within 14 days of receiving their deliverables. We will provide up to two rounds of revisions related to project scope at no additional charge.
- Process: To initiate a revision, clients should contact their account manager via email, clearly outlining the requested changes.
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their services or subscriptions under the following conditions:
- Notice Period: Cancellations must be communicated in writing at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.
- Refund Eligibility: Clients who cancel before the project has commenced may receive a full refund. If cancellation occurs after work has begun, we may issue a prorated refund based on the work completed.
- Subscription Services: For ongoing digital marketing subscriptions, clients may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for services already rendered.
